This was a very disappointing stay, and unfortunately my first time ever leaving a bad hotel review. At check-in, we were told that hotel parking was sold out for the first night. We were asked to park at another lot about 5 minutes away, which cost $40 per day. We were told parking would be available starting the second day, so we accepted this for the first night. However, even after paying for hotel parking, if we returned late there were often no parking spaces available at all, which was extremely frustrating. On the second day, both elevators stopped working, and there was also no hot water. The building and rooms feel very old and poorly maintained overall. The Wi-Fi did not work at all for our entire 6-day stay. We reported this to the front desk, and instead of fixing it, they sent a security guard to “check” our Wi-Fi. Unsurprisingly, nothing was resolved, and we had no internet the whole time. The curtains do not block light, so the room becomes very bright early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep past 7 a.m. Sound insulation is also very poor — we could clearly hear neighbors talking. Additionally, smoke smells frequently came in through the bathroom and window, which was unpleasant and concerning. Overall, this hotel offers location and nothing else. Given the price and the number of issues, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

We stayed two nights and got charged over a hundred dollars more than we expected. We went biking and had no time to use the amenities and yet we got charged 50 dollars for a resort fee??? Why not pay extra only if you use the pool? And we got charges close to 30 dollars a night for parking our car??? What? And then you felt pressure to be back at the hotel by 7 PM because the parking lot would get completely full and there would be no place to park. I have no complaints about the room - it was clean, and the location- convenient, but I did not like getting slammed with over a hundred unexpected extra bucks when traveling on a budget.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the ONLY constructive criticism I have would be to add more towels and extra pillows in the closet. Our entire visit was amazing but we had three people and only two towels. I will 10/10 recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you for a great visit!

Incredibly frustrating having arrived very late after a long delayed flight to find one of the beds wasn’t made when I booked for 4 people, as such had to wait till gone midnight for bedding to arrive so I could make the bed and the kids could go to sleep. For the price I paid minimum requirement needs to be a made up bed!!

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. We turned it to economy cool and when it would turn on, it was so loud! Maybe update air conditioners with those quieter ones on the top of the wall? This is the only complaint. Great stay though!! Nice property!!

The hotel is really old, sometimes our room key wouldn’t work, only 1 elevator, no drawers just baskets to place your stuff in, no iron, just a steamer that took forever, however staff was kind and helpful

You can tell the property has some age, but everything was clean and comfortable. Paying $25/day for parking was an unfortunate surprise. Disclosure would help, or just bake it into your room fees. However, I made up for the parking fees in free coffee I drank! 😂🙌
