Hotel parking is limited, so late nights returning to the property make it mandatory to use a nearby parking garage, cost 8.50 Euro. Front desk staff was excellent in professionalism, as was the cleaning staff. The rooms have AC however, it is set on a low fan setting, so it takes time to cool the room. A safe, clean, affordable, and reliable lodging option to consider.

The room was in decent condition. The staff was courteous. I just don’t think it is made for a family. It seems more like a room for friends about to hang out in town.

Hotel located near the KL main train station and other restaurants in the downtown area. I enjoyed my stay, however my room faced the DB train tracks and I couldn’t keep my windows open during the night and I didn’t deem the AC worthwhile to keep on due to the humming noise it created. Moreover, I’m not sure when the water heater turns on but my shower water was too cold.
