There was no AC unit. Only a couple of fans, of which one was not working. Kitchen utensils were clean. So was the room.

Room was very clean and had all the amenities you need. Check in & out went smoothing. They were able to accommodate our late check in & communicate well. Parking right out front of your unit & the pool nice & close. The location is central Kaitaia so not hard to find anything! I would go back 🙂

The smart tv was a nice touch but struggled to stay connected to the internet and there werent any kids shows on the basic channels for when we were indoors.
