Nice room, customer service could improve
I booked on line for a 4 day stay on September 3. The owner communicated through Whatsup as they were not on site. Instructions for the key were good and checked in smoothly. The place was clean but there was no room or stand for the suitcases in the bedroom unless you emptied them and put your cloths in the closet. something that isn't practical for 4 day stay. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and a full size fridge. There were some maintenance needed. That seat in the photo overlooking the bay was broken and left on the balcony. see photo and the bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. I initially had booked for two people but after a third person decide they would come also I said yes since I knew the space could accommodate on a pull out sofa. I was very surprised that I was asked to pay 20 Euros a night additionally for the third person when I was already paying 70 Euros a night. That seemed excessive for providing a set of sheets and towels that were not changed throughout our stay nor was the room cleaned. On a earlier stay at a higher end hotel in the area, a third person cost me 15 Euros that included breakfast and daily room service. The owner was not interest on what neighbouring competition is charging and stuck to rate. That was disappointing as I also booked an extra night and all the additional money I e- transferred in cash.
