Modular house into 2 apartments. Lime pit foot for 4 people. The two upper floors for a maximum of 8 people. Commendable in full for 13 guests. Located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea the citadel and the village. Quiet and pleasant park. Elegant furnishing.Above ground swimming pool. Private bar only for holidaymakers, sun loungers, parasol, hammock. Large shaded park with relaxing corners for personal daydreams. 3 golfs at 20mn by car. 3 dogs live in the property in a shady special fence. The cats are free. For couples, small familly or party possibility of renting by floor. Rates are for a minimum of 4 people for the ground floor apartment and 8 people for the upper floors, maximum of 13 guests in the entire villa. Renting for only 2 people on request. We undertake to organize aperitifs and can shop for the day of arrival.The rates may be decreasing according to the period and duration of stay. We recommend you to contract a cancellation insurance costs and premature return

Très belle maison avec une magnifique vue sur la mer! On si sent chez soi!

Cadre superbe, avec des appartements tous confort et une belle piscine. La mer est à proximité, dans le village de Methoni on y trouve tout le nécessaire, terrasse, magasin et restaurants... idéal pour les familles!

Tranquillité et détente dans un cadre chaleureux et magnifique

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans l'appartement de plain-pied, qui est tout à fait conforme à la description annoncée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil prévenant et chaleureux de Janine et Olivier, qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Les enfants ont énormément profité de la belle piscine hors sol (donc sans danger pour les plus jeunes), très bien entretenue. Le bar privé est très plaisant, et nous gardons un excellent souvenir des fins de soirées que nous y avons passées avec tous les occupants de la villa, dont Janine et Olivier eux-mêmes, avec lesquels ce fut un vrai plaisir de discuter. Les plages des environs sont très belles et parfaites pour les enfants, et la région est magnifique. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location, à laquelle la présence attentive et très personnelle (tout en restant discrète) des propriétaires donne une touche un peu différente des autres. Le cadre en est aussi absolument splendide.
