The Olive Tree Residence is a traditional Mani tower house, which dates back to the early 19th Century and completely renovated in 2019.
Attention to every detail and respect for the character of the tower were the main goals of the architect during the restoration and decoration phase.
This meticulous effort led to the extraordinary and tasteful appearance of every room, the garden and the entrance area.
The attention to detail and quality also applies to bed linen, towels, cutlery, dishes and electrical appliances.
This unique residence offers separate bedrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a garden and terraces as well as a private parking space.

TOP Ferienhaus
Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Abends genießt man auf der wunderschönen Terrasse einen beeindruckenden Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man für eine große Gruppe braucht. Die Geräte sind top und alles ist bis ins Detail liebevoll bestückt. Die gesamte Einrichtung und der Außenbereich haben ein wunderschönes Mobiliar. Wir waren begeistert und würden, wenn es ginge, zehn Sterne geben. Bestimmt werden wir wiederkommen. Die Vermieterin hat uns bestens versorgt und die Kommunikation lief perfekt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
