While the unit we had was just perfect for our holiday the actual property itself is looking very run down. The pool was advertised as being heated it definitely wasn’t, the tennis and basketball courts are very run down and the spa wasn’t even on. Photo’s used for advertising do not meet the reality of the complex in its current state. Some washing machines and dryers were out of order. Kalbarri is still an amazing place to stay and we will be back but was disappointed that some things weren’t up to scratch.

Very clean, neat, tidy, and a wonderful little unit

Unit was neat, tidy, and very clean when we arrived. Fridge was a great size for a family, with an oven too in the kitchen, that was a bonus! Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets, TV, DVD player and a drawer full of DVD's to choose from too. Little added extra's that you don't expect made it a very pleasant stay, such as a drawer with games and books, Everything was exactly as advertised, parking right outside the unit, lovely amenities, BBQ's worked well (although couldn't find a water tap for cleaning bbq afterwards, so take water to the BBQ's from your unit), kids loved the heated spa's, and pool is huge! Even though there's groundworks happening in the resort atm (September 2019) for installing nbn, workers were accommodating, polite and hardly any noise, so it really didn't bother us at all. Highly recommend this unit to anyone coming to Kalbarri.
