Check in via third party was an issue. It was 1230am when checking in and I just wanted a room key and bed!! This did not go as planned as they were having check in issue via third party making check in a 40 minute process. I was really wanting to get to sleep and being tied up that long in the lobby for check in was not ideal whatsoever!!
