In snow-free periods, numerous hiking trails and the Zillertal cycle path, which passes directly by the house, invite you to take trips. A communal outdoor pool is 1.5 km away, and the nearest bathing lake is 7 km away. In bad weather, a visit to the Erlebnistherme Fügen, 5.4 km away and reachable by car in a few minutes, is recommended. Thanks to the central location of the apartment, banks, the post office, a hairdresser, as well as several restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. In winter, the in-house pizzeria is also open. The train station is only 250 m away, and the nearest supermarket is 550 m away.
