Urlaub im roompot in kamperland
Im großen und ganzen gut bis auf den Algen verdreckten Strand . Feuchtigkeit im Schlafzimmer. Wenig Auswahl im Restaurant.

Nooit meer !!
De verhuurde caravan stonk naar urine. In eerste instantie vermoedden wij dat dit te maken had met het ( niet) schoonmaken van de W.C. We hebben toen zelf schoonmaakmiddelen gekocht en zijn de W.C. gaan schoonmaken. Zonder resultaat : de stank bleef. Later bleek dat elke keer dat de W.C. werd doorgetrokken vocht omhoog kwam tussen de naden van de W.C. vloer. We hebben toen contact opgenomen met de verhuurorganisatie EEZZ en meegedeeld dat deze caravan voor ons niet acceptabel was.
De voornaamste reden was de constant aanwezige urinestank maar er waren meer mankementen. Door de verhuurorganisatie is ons toen een andere caravan aangeboden onder dezelfde condities. Deze hebben we geaccepteerd hoewel op deze caravan het nodige was aan te merken ( beter een half ei dan een lege dop). Al gauw bleek dat we van de regen in de drup waren beland; ook deze caravan was slecht onderhouden. Ik noem enkele punten:
- de randen van sommige kozijnen, deuren en plinten zagen er groezelig uit. De kunststofbekleding van de meeste kozijnen zat los en was hier en daar beschadigd; je moest oppassen om je er niet aan te bezeren.
- keukenkraan en W.C. bril zaten los.
- er zat een vieze zwarte rand aan de binnenkant van de W.C.pot.
- heel krappe was- en doucheruimte.
- een minimum aan ruimte rond het 2-persoons bed.
Buiten de caravan was het nog erger; daar zag het er totaal verwaarloosd uit.
- het schuurtje was vreselijk smerig, zowel van binnen als van buiten.
-het schuurtje ( met daarin onze fietsen) kon niet op slot omdat het hangslot verroest was.
- het ( betegelde) terras was overwoekerd door onkruid.
- het tuinmeubilair zag er aftands en verwaarloosd uit en voor de plastic tuinstoelen waren geen dekjes aanwezig
- het houten opstapje bij de ingang van de caravan was gammel en gevaarlijk glad bij regenachtig weer.
Wij hebben een klacht ingediend bij de verhuurorganisatie en gesteld dat de kwaliteit van het verhuurde niet in verhouding staat met de betaalde huurprijs. Daarom hebben wij de helft van de betaalde huurprijs teruggevraagd. Hun reactie was dat zij daartoe geen reden zagen. Wij hadden immers de aangeboden ( 2e) caravan geaccepteerd. Wij beraden ons op verdere stappen.
