Each private unit sleeps up to 4 guests and includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed, one additional twin bed, a futon, comfortable couch and TV, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Each unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, although 3 adults will be the most comfortable. After a day of hunting, riding, exploring, or enjoying the outdoors, come back, kick your boots off, relax on the couch, watch TV, and unwind in a comfortable, climate-controlled space. Both units are connected directly to Calhoun’s Thirsty Farmer Restaurant & Bar, putting great food and drinks just steps from your room. No need to drive somewhere for dinner or drinks. Simply walk over, grab a meal, enjoy a cold drink, and head back to your room when you’re ready. It’s an especially convenient setup for hunting groups, ATV riders, weekend getaways, and anyone who wants to enjoy the area while having the convenience of a restaurant and bar right on the property. We’re located in the heart of hunting, ATV, and camping country in Calhoun County, bordering Pike County and some of the most famous whitetail deer hunting country in the nation. There are two separate, identical private units, so you can reserve one for a smaller stay or rent both for friends, family, or a larger hunting group. Pricing includes one guest.
