Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure the towels left to be cleaned are only those used on day of checkout, all others should be washed & put away prior to checkout. Please leave the day's towels & sheets in laundry room
Please make sure all perishable items are removed from the kitchen and refrigerator and all trash taken out to the trash cans prior to leaving the property.
Please set all THREE AC thermostats to 85 degrees prior to leaving the property and please turn off all lights. Return all keys, beach club pass and garage door opener to the bowl by front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
