A302 is a beautiful, newly renovated penthouse condo with gorgeous ocean views. Located on the top floor of the A building, nothing stands between you and beautiful ocean and sunset views. Recent renovations provide you with all new carpeting, tile, and granite counter tops throughout with elegant touches of tropical decor.
The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area where you can relax and watch a movie on your flat screen television or enjoy the stunning ocean views right from your couch. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television, and an attached full bath with a large tub to soak in after a long day at the beach. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the unit for ultimate privacy. It is equipped with two twin size beds (that may be converted into a king upon request at time of booking), a television as well and its own private bathroom with a large shower. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the third floor (no elevators).
