This condominium/townhome is bright and airy and spans two floors with large windows to allow in the natural light. This popular floor plan features a second floor entirely dedicated to the master bedroom, with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, tv with cable box and a large covered outdoor lanai. The downstairs features new driftwood flooring, a fresh paint job and updated appliances. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed, tv with cable box and a complete bathroom. The kitchen and dining space open to a large wrap-around covered lanai with a built-in BBQ and space to entertain outdoors. Other amenities of this home include WIFI, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, a laundry room with detergent provided and a garage.
