I liked the cleaning every where I dislike the way they look at us always presuming tip they gives you the filling you are bag of money. I stayed in Hawaii for 12 days all the islands and I have to say they have to change they as strategy of running the hotel we felt’s again all of us like bunch of money bags that need to provide tips

It’s true paradise it’s a little out of the way so food can be tricky but so worth the complete get away at the most amazing location

Always love this hotel and beach. Breakfast buffet was delicious (big thank you to the hostesses and wait staff for their kind service each day) and Meredia was spectacular. Sunsets are not to be skipped, especially from the Meredia walkway, bar and restaurant. Love that Kayla in the Meredia bar remembered us from the last 2 years. Bummed that the piano was removed from the Meredia but found the piano player up in Piko with a portable piano. The other musicians he set up to play were fabulous as well. Room was clean and very comfortable. Love the adult pool. Will return.

Our stay at the Hapuna Beach was memorable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The amenities were top rate. The views were beautiful. Glad we picked this resort to stay at. Mahalo!!

Westin stay

Great resort and fantastic staff. We took advantage of free use of a GoPro and got a great tour along the shoreline. Food was delicious, fresh.

We were really happy with choosing this hotel. The only annoying thing was the number of flies that always came to eat with us. They really need to do a better job of managing that. There are plenty of eco friendly methods.
