The house is well laid out with an open floor kitchen, living, and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 6 adults. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed with a twin loft bed over-top more suitable for children in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa (queen size) in the living room. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.

Step through the double doors of the living room and be greeted by a spacious patio, complete with a roof that offers ample shade. Stay connected with nature even during the heat of the day, while being treated to breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. Prepare to indulge in pure relaxation on this inviting patio. There is a lounge area with a fire pit, dining table, and grill. Delight in our swings and bench swing, a picture-perfect spot to capture cherished moments and create envy-worthy memories. From the patio you have access to the back yard that features a trampoline, swing set and lawn games.

The Dino Ranch A was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was one of the best stocked as compared to the many VRBO houses I book. The beds were super comfortable. Kanab Getaway

This is a beautifully appointed home in a residential area of Kanab, close to so many incredible adventures. It is in a beautiful location with incredible views of the red cliffs. Everything was very clean and newly decorated and furnished. Great communication with the hosts. We absolutely enjoyed the fireplaces during our snowy visit. We will return as soon as possible! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!
