This is a no frills hotel that is good for the price. They have a basic breakfast and rooms were clean. Workout room had no sanitizer or way to wipe down equipment. Game room was basic and you have to pay. Hot tub was nice.

Great location in Kanab if you are wanting a homebase while exploring the incredible scenery within easy driving distances. A fair number of dining options within blocks of the BW. Would def return to this location.

The hotel location is great. In Kanab and close to everything. The hot tub is wonderful for soaking after a day of hiking. The pool is not open at this time of year. Staffs are friendly. The breakfast has more choices and options. The downside: 1. The drainage for showers are not good. We had one room that the shadower hardly drains. They changed us to another room and it is slightly better. But still not good. This makes showing not a great experience. 2. We did not like the location of breakfast. It is in the basement of hotel so feels dark. Other than that, this hotel is a wonderful option for Kanab stay.
