The free breakfast was terrible bagels and muffins were hard as a rock and the juice comes out of a machine watered down the lady tending the breakfast is awkward watching over you as you make a plate but never says hi or good morning then vacuuming while we had breakfast it was quite uncomfortable I’ll pay a bit more to stay elsewhere the area was beautiful as it’s Kanab

We were in a handicapped access room - the shower did not have an adequate floor seal to keep water out of the bathroom area and there was visible mold in the tile grout areas - likely due to this water problem
