One of the worst!!

One of the worst “hotels” I’ve ever been in. Sheets were dirty with stains, carpet was disgusting, door entrance to rooms was broken, smelled awful, people with huge dogs everywhere.

Security/privacy seemed good with locks at the inside corridor and room. The desk clerk seemed a bit surly when we asked for a preview of the room. It was quiet and comfortable, but the outer parts of the building appeared poorly maintained.

Brekkie with a view

It was wonderful to shower in a real shower and not one of those bath / shower units. Great place to stay. Great price and the view as you walk to breakfast is great...the red rock hills across the street.

The check in time should be a bit earlier to accommodate those who drive earlier in the day. Ceiling fan in bathroom was missing its cover. The back of the room was next to a area with loud dogs barking.

Super welcome from Sergio, and all the staff were friendly. The motel style is cute, and although looking a little tired around the edges the beds were comfy. Breakfast was continental style with waffles available. Only fault was an open plug socket which I reported to reception on leaving. I'd highly recommend it, and id stay again as handy for lots of places to visit.

I would highly recommend this one if you are interested in visiting Zion or nearby spots in Kanab. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Totally fine for in and out

For a night or two passing thru it was totally fine. The toilet in our room was unstable and needs to be remounted or shimmed. It was extremely slow to flush but not broken, and it seemed to use a lot of water. As I’m sure others have stated that it is very dated but is not bad.

The rooms weren’t well kept and not clean. Didn’t feel safe using sheets lol. The breakfast was nothing but carbs and sugar. (Cereal and bread bagels waffle no eggs bacon sausage or fruit no real sustenance within the breakfast choices and front desk staff was rude upon check in.
