Check in was unorganized and took an hour and they moved our rooms and they weren’t ready at 4 pm check in time. One of the front desk staff were rude and did not care or even attempt to resolve the issues or concerns.

Really lovely property. Scenic views . We attended a wedding and it was beautiful . There is a kids play room which I think could be expanded with more games for the kids but it was helpful to have a ping pong table and a few videogames. The waterslide was not open but the activities at the resort were great!

This is a great location but needs some work. Check in was late and we should have been comped. Elevators looked tired. Bathrooms need upgrades. Food was good. Having wine and beer from the US is not good. And construction and all of the things closed was not good.

The fact that property has become a day stay, and no longer able to use the facilities at leisure when staying the night. Not worth the over priced rooms

Wonderful as usual. Beware indoor pool under construction there is a new outdoor pool and you can use the outdoor part of the hot pool

Landscape was beautiful,indoor pool was under construction. We’ve got unready room at 4 m , I was waiting to receive messages when the room gets ready but I didn’t and checked with reception at 4:15 and she found room was ready . When we moved to the room people were working on windows so due to miscommunication They changed our room and we carried our stuff again to the new room , AC was noisy and in 2nd day they didn’t refill the coffee and tea in the room when we called for refill they brought double qty 👍, by the way we expected better services from Kananaskis Lodge.
