The beds are amazing, I didn’t want to get up.

Great hotel. We loved the beds, they were so comfortable. Enjoyed the shower amenities, my hair felt so soft. The nespresso coffee in the room was nice to have. We used the pool and steam room and really enjoyed it.

Got upgraded to a loft suite however was in a different building than the main building. Would have preferred to stay in the main building to have easy access to the amenities. The plaza was also very icy and we both had nasty falls on the ice that ruined our last bit of time there. Would like to see more salt/gravel laid down in slippery areas.

Definitely a wonderful retreat into the mountains with incredible amenities and friendly staff. Parking can be challenging if u do not pay for underground parking, and with the construction going on things were a tad noisy. This property is quite expensive to stay at but I would say definitely worth trying at least once for the experience.

The property is beautiful, the kids loved the pool. The only complaint was the check out line was quite long. But that was minor. Could have had more people on check in versus taking bags. But would stay again.
