The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

Thanks for staying with us. We are a cheap hotel though. But when you check in, we try to answer your questions as best we can.Sometimes when we have a lot of guests, everyone gets excited, and sometimes when we have less, it's quiet.We too enjoyed meeting Natalie.We look forward to seeing you again.
