This property is awesome. Great staff that are all exceptionally good at service and genuine friendliness.if I was coming back if definitely stay here. Close to everything including the castle the gardens and the old district. Very impressed

This place is one of those "nature retreats" that charges you for everything under the sun. The room itself? Barebones, with a design so uninspired it feels more like a storage unit than a getaway. The washroom and shower are comically cramped—honestly, travel insurance might be wise in case you sprain something while turning around. Don’t expect a kettle, coffee, or even basic amenities in the room, unless you're happy paying extra just to get your towels swapped or the garbage taken out. And if you’re booking the triple room? Bring a hard hat—head injuries are practically part of the experience.

The room was comfortable. The hotel is very close to Omicho Market, the best market I went to in Japan. The hotel has a kitchen open to the public, where you can cook or eat what you bought. To have in mind, we were charged a small local tax which was not included in the Expedia price. They don't provide pyjamas, like the rest of the hotels we went to.

Kind of an hybrid between an hostel and a hotel. Shared area with affordable rooms there are also dorms. Probably one of the places I enjoyed staying at the most of my Japanese journey so far. The only thing I would improve is the noise isolation. I could hear what people we saying in other rooms.

Nice stay in Kanazawa!

We booked a private room with 3 beds and private bathroom. It was surprisingly comfy and quiet. Check-in was a breeze and we felt very welcomed by the staff. Best rates in town for the location! The only things that bothered us was the high humidity in the room. Even with the fan on all day and all night, we had condensation in the windows and water pooling. Surfaces were getting dusty pretty quickly. This should be addressed or mold will become an issue.

Great service and nice atmosphere

We loved the hotel. The room was nice and big. Great vibe and atmosphere and lovely staff. Conveniently located next to the fish market and the bus loop stop. They have coin laundry machine and a nice and vibrant bar downstairs. The only downside was the relative small shower.
