Luxury villa with a panoramic view of the small Istrian village Šorići and surrounding olive forest, only 7 km away from Rovinj. The location of the villa respects the privacy of each guest, but also enables easy access to important roads and urban facilities. The house sits on 930 sqm of land and develops horizontally, with two cubic volumes, one covered in beautiful stone, and the other in reddish corten façade. Inside spacious, light-filled living areas, and latest Hi-Tech equipment makes this villa a luxurious haven of comfort. Outside, the covered terrace and the pool area offer the perfect lounging atmosphere. Each of the 4 bedrooms has access to the garden and is equipped with its own bathroom with underfloor heating. House K2 has been designed to create a sophisticated living atmosphere that meld beautifully with the surrounding Mediterranean landscape
