Villa Elli is an exclusive villa situated in picturesque Istrian village Ladići only 16km from the sea. It provides ideal accommodation for two small families or one large family (8 guests). Thanks to the spacious interior, you will have enough room for shared meals and socialising, while the sumptuous rooms will provide a quiet retreat for complete relaxation. It has spacious living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, 4 bedrooms, each with private bahtroom. Stepping into garden you can enjoy a beautifully lit swimming pool, a garden full of flowers, 150-year-old olive trees, fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and an appealing lounge zone with lounge chairs.
Pets are wellcome, alowed 2 pets. Pet fee 15€per pet per day.
Villas Nevia, Elena, Zoe and Elli share a fantastically equipped sports area with a multi-purpose handball, basketball and football court, a volleyball court, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce courts, ping-pong table, open-air fitness and an enormous playground.

High-end vacation!

This villa is really beautiful! The interior design, furniture and all the decorations are just gorgeous! Just like on the photos! Communication about things that need to be replaced (mixer) was easy, quick and unproblematic. Everything was amazing; some of our highlights were: outdoor shower and bathroom, balconies with view on the sea, tennis rackets and bikes provided and even light switches to play on the courts at dark, fire place for aesthetic barbecues, enough cutlery and cooking supplies to make cooking fun and so many more things. Thank you! We really recommend!

Wir waren 9 Tage in der Villa Elli und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Problemloser Check-in und super Kommunikation vorab. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Außengelände war auch gut gepflegt und schön zu betrachten. Die angrenzende Anlage mit Tennis und weiteren Sportarten ist ein super Bonus zum Haus. Toll fanden wir das Feld welches zur Selbstbedienung war. Ein winziges kleines Manko war das sich die Folie am Pool etwas löst aber ansonsten war es ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Durch die ruhige Gegend konnte man super mit Hunden in Ruhe laufen und die Natur genießen. Die gute Frau welche sich um die Häuser kümmert ist einfach nur klasse. Sie fragte ob alles in Ordnung sei und brachte lokales frisches Obst vorbei . Absolute Empfehlung für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit tollem Haus.
