I did not appreciate the fact that the pool was closed for "maintenance". The reason I booked this hotel was for the convenience of the pool in 95 degree heat this weekend. Our bathroom door in Room 132 did not close. I believe that there should be some type of credit issued when the pool is not open. Some of their exercise equipment in the fitness room was broken, another problem. I doubt that I would stay again at this place.

Picked this hotel for the pool. Arrived and pool was down. I have a running toilet every 3-4 minutes. The smell of weed follows you down the hallway.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I have to say this was by far the nicest Comfort Inn I’ve ever been to. Newly renovated I believe. From check in to the time we left we had zero problems. Only small complaint I would have was the breakfast wasn’t the best as far as not a lot of options, but it’s free, so it’s hard to complain about it! Would definitely recommend and be back if we are back in the area.

The only thing we didn't like was that the toliet was very low to the ground. Very difficult to get up from if you have knee problems.

Really nice place in the bed was very comfortable and loved the upgrade to a suite. I didn't get the full size fridge but I should've gotten one with the full size fridge and that was on me. Pool was cold but still very usable. All in all a great value and will book again.

We won’t be back. The lobby smelled like marijuana when we checked in, there were never towels in the pool area, our keycard had to be reactivated twice, the bottom of our fridge was full of water, the toilet in our room barely worked, and we woke up the last day to find all of our stuff covered in ants.

At first check-in our room reeked of fresh paint. The front desk person quickly and graciously assigned us a new room - so that part was nice. We were hoping to use the hot tub and were told once we were checked in that it was no longer available- even though there are many signs directing to the Spa. So that was disappointing. The place is undergoing renovations so it’s a little dirty and feels like it’s in transition. Will probably be much nicer when it’s done.

Customer service wanted to help.

Hotel was clean, peaceful, and service was great. TV went out, outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the air conditioner was out of order. There did ask if we wanted another room two days later. But, customer service did helped with most of our problems with the room. Over all the stay was good.
