I deserve my money back because I had to change rooms twice the room I ended up being had no hot water it stink the hotel was very nasty the tubs was disgusting we didn’t even have no soap in the room like I want my money back

The beds were comfortable, which is nice. Check in was slow, our room keys were deactivated after the first night of our two night stay, so having to get the keys redone was not ideal. The shower was tough to use as it had separate hot and cold knobs, which were very touchy, so it went from cold to scalding hot in no time. Also, the toilet flange would not close on its own, so the toilet would constantly run after flushing.

The towels had hair from other poeple on them. The light switch in the room was broken. They had the wronf type of curtain on thw shower so water just spilled out and got the whole bathroom floor wet. The breakfast cereal was stale and the drinks tasted old.

yes the room was clean but it was missing the shower curtain. I asked three times for a shower curtain and was told they would bring me one right away but I never got one. I had to take a shower with out the shower curtain.

Had to change rooms twice because the deadbolts were broken in half. The first room had old clothing tags and a half eaten sandwich sitting on the dresser upon arrival, with the bathtub running and the air conditioner unit unplugged from the wall. The hallway was flooded and doctored with towels placed on the soaking wet carpet.

Room was great! Beds were comfortable. Very nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, make-your-own-waffles, bread, jelly, fruit, cereal, milk, juice, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to stay an additional night due to weather and there was no problem doing that. The only problem was the front door(s). The outside door was hanging on by a single hinge so cold air (and snow) was coming inside the entryway thru the gaps where the door wouldn’t close. The second front door, going into the lobby, did not shut because the door closure wasn’t attached so most often, that door was standing wide open. The lobby and all the halls were very cold. Thankfully, the rooms were nice & warm! I’d stay there again but hope they get the front door fixed soon.

The hotel is within 10 minutes of the things we wanted to see and do. That is the reason for my rating. The property is old, no renovations at all. The water in the shower took forever to warm up and didn't last more than 2 minutes at the time. It smells like an old place, but they do a good job trying to keep it clean. We are thrifty travelers and didn't mind the location.
