The staff was great; however, the room was not. The bathtub was extremely dirty, with discolored caulking, and overall it was unpleasant. There was visible dust on the shelf under the sink, clearly outlining where towels and toilet paper had previously been stored. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided on the holder, along with two large towels that appeared to have been sitting there for some time. The towels were stiff and had a dusty odor.

The room wasnt cleaned properly, the pictures on the website did not match the hotel everything above the hotel was deceiving. There was literally little to no breakfast there only bagels the whole time we stayed there. I will not be back

Didnt realize that the property was undergoing remodel, which is on me. But room was very dated, sofa was old and very uncomfortable, and the caulking around the tub was gross. Moldy and cracked and slow drain. Hoping remodel makes it as nice as it used to be.

I knew when I booked that the Seville was probably just on the wrong side of the tracks, and, well, it was. A complete remodel is apparently underway and is scheduled to be done by spring, but no evidence of its progress was visible to us. That said, most everything about the place is tired, including, perhaps, much, though not all of the staff. I was wonderfully welcomed upon arrival, but then don't think I was so much as acknowledged by anyone else during our stay. And while our bathroom may have been sufficiently clean on a surface level, there was a plastic fork in the sink drain that appeared to be growing mold. Finally, breakfast was also the most meager offering I think I've seen anywhere, and the first I've intentionally skipped altogether. It's not clear which of these things will be improved by a remodel and which won't, and unless circumstances make this place a lot cheaper than our usual spot, as it did for this particular stay, I'm not sure I'll ever find out.

Nice. Near Westport, The Plaza and Museums. The room was spaceous and the bed comfortable. The only downmark I would give it is the breakfast was rather sparse.

Walls are paper thin. You could hear the neighbors talking like they were in the same room and they weren’t even raising their voice. The street car rattled the windows every 10 minutes. The older toilet only flushed if you held down the handle the whole time. The room felt neglected and dirty. The bathroom exhaust fan only came on if you tapped on the grill. The smell of weed hit you as soon as we got off the elevator on our floor. The next day you could smell weed as you walked in the front door from the parking lot. Definitely will not be a guest there again. On a positive note, the front desk was always friendly.

The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there.

The room was dirty, moldy strawberry under the bed, bay bottle under the bed, someone’s name tag for an event was stuck onto the side of the lamp in between the beds, the towel had a large hole in it, the hand towels looked dirty and stained. The room door had light coming through the whole left side like it wasn’t closed all the way. The room does not look like the picture advertised, they show new updated rooms but the room we were in was very old and dated. Very disappointed.

I am here as a travel nurse and I have stayed here during my shifts so far for the last 3 weeks. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the coffee is always fresh, rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Parking is available in the front and back. I like parking in the back personally, I feel like it’s a bit safer. The hotel itself has a cozy asthetic.

All of the staff is very friendly, clean room, Excellent customer service felt like home due to their hospitality. The only downside was the room didn’t have a microwave and we had to go down to the lobby to heat up food. It’s understandable tho because they had to do that due to covid. Also the breakfast selections were toast, different types of bagels and jelly’s, coffee, apple and orange juice. If you’re looking for a hotel specifically to cut cost on ordering food this maybe a deal breaker. In all though I loved my stay and plan on staying again for Christmas. Happy holidays!
