Nothing that the hotel can do, however, it would be great if the city had sidewalks in place so that shopping and food locations could be visited by walking safely. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Ample parking.

I’ve stayed twice now here and the first time I had to switch rooms and go upgraded to a suite and it was awesome so thought I’d try again and this time was just not as great. The rooms water pressure wasn’t great one of the tvs didn’t work, and the fridge was dirty. I would stay here again but if placed in my last room I’d ask for a different one so I could actually take a shower and not just get dribbled on.

Overall it's a very nice place, but you can tell in many places that it's a "refreshed" hotel. Led strips hanging out of soffits, places in the rooms that were cracks have formed or other cosmetic blemishes. All in all a nice hotel, good breakfast options, but the details hold it back.

First morning we went to have breakfast and the scrambled eggs were green and like rubber. In the three mornings we were there the food was low or empty and not once did we see anyone tending to the food area! Not replacing anything or wiping the mess down. Also in the four days we were there we saw a cleaning cart once but never a maid or worker at all on our floor! Our shower looked very neglected! Thankfully I bring wipes to wipe down and disinfect.Subpar management!!!! Never will we stay there agin and I will share my experience!

Hotel did Not have confirmation of my trip .

Was Not happy initially, because they / the front desk, Manager did NOT have my reservation from Hotels.com even when I showed the confirmation #! Luckily they had room at the Premier Best Western hotel but was Not able to give me the initial rate that I booked w hotels.com therefore I was between a rock & a hard place. I was already there at the hotel & at least I felt thankful they had a room available.
