The room door was broke and had gaping pieces of wood ripped off and the automatic shut mechanism was broke. Breakfast was limited and most things were not stocked or refilled the bananas and apples were rotting, at breakfast the water and coffee wasn’t filled in a timely manner. Fitness center not properly monitored there was 12-14 year old girls running around barefoot with wet swim suits and I had to tell the front desk twice and he still didn’t handle it.

So many positives about this hotel. The staff checked us in with ease and quickly. The hotel smelled so clean! Nice fireplace in the entry and at the outdoor seating area. Nice clean beds. The pool was heated and the warmest I've ever swam in! Slide was so fun. Truly the nicest staff ever!!! Breakfast could have more options but the quality of the items they did have were nice. The only negatives were no towels in the pool area and a few places in the room could have been cleaner.*I left a bag with a Nintendo switch and my wallet in the room. The staff quickly called me and I just wanted to say thank you again for your honesty and returning my belongings!* Nice bar area. Fluffy pillows. I do think the pool hours should be extended tho! Should be 6am-11pm. Maybe with an adult hour from 10pm-11pm. Wonderful snack bar items, nice fruit water in the lobby. Plenty of parking. Nice bathroom in room. Suite was huge. Furniture needs a good cleaning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not a great experience. Room was clean, bed comfortable but water barely warm. It advertised a bar/lounge and some advertising showed food available. There is a bar but not operating due inability to keep a bar tender according to front desk clerk. Breakfast started at 7. By 9 no coffee, silverware, napkins, or waffle mix. Front desk responded but nobody monitoring or cleaning tables between guests.

Front desk check in-young woman not friendly. Room was a good location. Smelled like food when we opened the door. Entry floor sticky. Bathroom needs a good scrub down, including the toothpaste splattered on the wall. Shower base have grime buildup and mild. Wallpaper coming loose. Mattress and pillows at Wyndham Garden are more comfortable.

This is a nice newer hotel with elegant design features like tall ceilings and curved glass shower doors. Everything worked as it should. The coffee was good and ready early. Breakfast was varied, something for everyone. Plenty of orange juice and apple juice. Even fresh apples and bananas you could take for later.
