The hotel was beautiful inside and out . My son plays baseball at creekside and this by far was the most genius idea of building this hotel . I wish there were more like these Breakfast was good with lots of good choices . Very disappointed with our stay. We tried several times to contact the hotel to request an early checkin with no success. When we did check in there wasn’t an iron in our room. Tried using the phone to call front desk, phone didn’t even work. Asked for pool towels, apparently they had ran out of pool towels, the front desk didn’t offer bath towels as a solution until we asked. We stayed in a double queen room. One bed was severely broken on one side. It tilted downwards causing us both to roll to one side. We had to shove extra bath towels and pillows underneath to help support the top mattress.

I liked the landscaping and some of the desk clerks. I really liked the shower and how the amenities were offered. Room 312 What I didn’t care for was: 1. The double bed, closest to the AC, had a hump/ridge in the middle of the bed. 2. The ironing board was in pieces when I removed it to use. The steam iron had old water in the reservoir. I dumped it and “rinsed” it the best I could. Water filling it with bottled water, it had a strong pungent smell and by the time I was done “steaming” my dress for a funeral, I had to wear it with wet spots. 3. Breakfast on Friday morning. (8:30) The scrambled eggs were burnt, but still served. 4. There was no gravy out, just an empty chafing dish. NO bananas. 5. Friday night there was 2 Harley’s setting in front, very close to the entry doors. I was on the 3rd floor while the rest of our group was on the second floor, one room was right above the entrance. Approximately, around 10:45-11:00pm, at least one of the Harleys ran for about 5 minutes, never moved out of parking lot. The bike was LOUD. A young girl driving a bright orange jeep, pulled in and ran to the Harley’s. They talk loudly to be heard over the bike’s engine. All this I could hear on the third floor. Even over room 311 screaming fight. Everyone in our group was there to attend a funeral, and wanted an early start on Saturday morning. One guest, back to Florida and myself over a 7 hour drive home.

I fully paid for my room through Expedia and they charged me fully for the room. When I went down to correct the error in the morning, the staff told Me at least 5 times that there was a 50 Dollar fee for incidentals and would be sent back if none were used. They did not correct any of the errors and now instead of a 137 dollar room there is another 120 dollars on my bank account for no reason except the stupidity and arrogance of the staff (the staff mansplained to me for 30 Minutes about the fee… of course I’m a woman, a doctor, who did not need an arrogant man telling me about a 50 dollar incidental fee which I explained multiple times I understood about and that I traveled frequently). All I needed was for the incorrect charge to be reversed. Of course it wasn’t so now I am Going to have to object through my credit card
