I had to call a number to get someone to come to the front desk. There was a note that said would be back in 10 minutes. Well no one came back in 10 minutes. I had to call. There was a free complimentary breakfast that starts at 6:00AM. The door was locked and a note said to see the person in the motel next door. When the person came he had to start bringing out what food was available. I wanted to get on the road so the first thing that was brought out was yogurt. I do not what else would of been available as I left to start my travel.

Days inn Newest lost customers

The experience was the worst. I never got to check in. Between the hotel.com app and the Days inn app. Days inn ask if you to put card on file only to charge you for your stay then want you to pay again once you get to hotel. A process that seems fraudulent to me. This is a double charge plus asking for a deposit with it. So for a 2 night stay I was asked to spend over 400$ when the rooms was supposed to be a nice rate. Will never deal with a hotel that I can't pay through the app again. Put me at A very inconvenient spot. And with me trying to spend time with my grandkids it was very embarrassing trying to explain to toddlers how we have to go to a different place when I had just arrived in town...I will never stay at another Days inn location anywhere...

Room was dirty, one washcloth and it was stiff as if it had been used. Went to check out and the employee was asleep and only noticed I was there due to phone ringing. Had to check in and out at the hotel next door.

Not worth it!

The light was out in the bathroom. The night lamp broke (literally fell over when I tried to rurn it on). They say there was breakfast- both orange juice and apple juice were out (and when I asked they said it was empty and made no move to replace it), no coffee. Looked nothing like the pictures for sure!

When entering the room we discovered a crack down the entire length of the mirror, the smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall and there was black hair on what should have been a clean towel in the bathroom. Also, there were no toiletries in the room. When trying to take a shower in the morning, i ran the water for 10 minutes while still getting no hot water. I called the front desk and they said try running it for another 5-10 minutes. I need to run the shower for 20 minutes before i can have hot water? RIDICULOUS! 0 OUT OF 10!

Water in shower was lukewarm. No soap or other amenities. The microwave was not operating properly. There was not enough bath towels and the floors were "sticky". They did, however have a good channel selection.
