The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel has plenty of parking around it. The location was great. It was only 12 minutes from the venue in Raytown. We really enjoyed our stay.

Don't go here. It's gross. The elevator is broken. A staff member walked into my friend's room without knocking. You cannot leave your bags at the front desk before your check in time without paying a $50 fee. Early check in is also $50. This place sucks. The staff will make up excuses for everything. Spend a little more and go to the Kansas City Marriott Country Club.

Good location to visit the KC Zoo and Starlight Theater. Our room and the hotel in general looks a bit in rough shape. Could use an update. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made up for some of the physical issues with the building.

Greeted by a homeless man out front smoking, inside smelled like marijuana and smoke, smell carried through the halls and into our room on the top floor. Smelled like it was tried to be covered up, there were gnats infested in the sink, a heavy smell of urine in the bathroom. Sorry to say, this place needs to either fix things or reduce the price and use actual photos

On the outskirts of the park, location is perfect. Close to anything and then nothing but park. Trails tall trees, fishing, hills, picnicking. Relaxing & hassle of the city all at once.

This hotel doesn’t look like anything like its photos! It was dirty everywhere especially the room. Very run down building! I had to check a day earlier bc it was so unclean and felt unsafe. Honestly I should have received a total refund but I don’t have energy to deal with people!!

The hotel stunk. It was hot in the lobby. Room 1 had the outlets pulled out from the night stand and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, then continued to beep blaringly loud! Room 2 had the outlets pulled out and the ac didn’t work! Room 3 smelt like mildew and stale cigarettes! During the 3 room changes their internet went down and I had to wait for a new room key. I returned 2 but only received 1 key back although 2 adults were in the room.
