Don’t stay here!

The front desk lady actually asked for $100 cash deposit! No where did it say that! Then told me I have 30 minutes to decide if I’m staying! I was so tired my son and I went to the room. Well the lock was missing and room was so cold! The tub couldn’t hold water. We turned up the air then the humidity kicked in! Even our bodies got wet!! The floor was wet with humidity…everything was!! Do NOT book this hotel!

Disappointed

The rooms are very musty smelling, used bars of soap in the showers. Large amounts of hair on the beds. One bed only had a sheet on it and no blanket. The staff there are kind especially the evening girl that checked us in. It seems it’s a hotel where some are fully living at the ones that do stay there are kind and don’t seem to bother anyone. The building is very outdated and needs some work and definitely a good deep clean.

Not the best very ghetto

They did have a hot breakfast but the coffee or juice machine didn’t work. When I went to check in I was 30 minutes early but they claimed not to have any rooms clean and when 3 came there was several of us and magically all the rooms were clean. The manager lady was outside with the housekeeping smoking weed and when it came time to check out several of us had to hunt them down.

This hotel is totally worn out. Holes in bedding. No shower curtain. Super humid in hotel and in my room. Wet floors in my room, never dried out. TV broken. This hotel deserves no stars. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Yikes. This place was actually scary, and I’m pretty comfortable staying in weird places. The tv was on when I entered the room and there was seemingly pretty fresh trash in the trash can and lots of cigarette holes in the sheets. It also reeked of smoke. Creepy place.

This hotel is ok. It's in a sketchy area, or at least it feels that way. That is not the staff's fault; they were absolutely wonderful. They worked with us, were friendly, helped us with whatever we needed, and were understanding of our concerns and needs. The rooms were just ok as well, not great, but not nasty. It was really the staff that made our stay memorable.

This place was not as advertised on Expedia! The door to our room was completely broken! Not only was the door ajar when I went to my room because the handle and deadbolt were broken, but the security latch was broken and barely hanging off the door with dangling screws. It looked like a previous guest tried to break in the door! Creepy! The AC was broken, there were stains on the sink, need I go on? We did not even sleep here because we were so creeped out.

Place needs a remodel

Staff were very helpful and kind. This location is very rin down. Plugs don't work, holes in furniture and bedding, stained carpets, missing tile, sink and tub didn't drain. Room smelled. The only thing that made it bearable was staff attempting to do what they could to fix things

Speechless

Door to room was damaged and hard to open and close. Floor was some kind of laminiate. Water was seeping up through the concrete below the laminate floor and casuing the floor to be wet, slippery, and probably covered with bacteria. Facility overall was run down and outdated. Walls were thin allowing noise from hallway and other rooms to filter in all the time. Morning staff that prepared the meal was rude, difficult, and the meal was terrible.

Hotel was overall okay for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly. Be wary that property smells like smoke/weed. Overall, hotel was quiet for a weekday. Breakfast was very limited. if you are looking for a pet friendly hotel- this is not your place as they no longer accept pets as of january 2025.
