Room wasn't clean well and the chair provided was awful. At least get a recliner in there. Plus, cabinets and such were very dated. Rooms need a refresh!

The room was not accessible. The bath had a normal bathtub, the bed was pushed up against the wall, the only place to sit was a tall barstool. The room did not have space for a wheelchair. I returned to the front desk and was told that was all they had (even if I would upgrade!). The clerk could not help me with a refund and said it was Expedia's issue. Expedia is saying the hotel is at fault.

The room was gross. Black residue on the light switches, red stains on the tub, the toilet flushed so loud and aggressive. The floor in the bathroom and bathroom had a gross residuey feeling to them.
