Pool and slides were great. Hot tubs were lukewarm but clean. With a 4pm check-in, I'm not sure why the pool closes at 8pm, and then opens at 10am which gives you an hour before checkout. Why it's $20 to park, I'm unsure, since no other hotel in the area charges for parking. Buffet was just a step above a continental breakfast. Ran out of coffee, fountain drink machine needed maintenance & ice, and not a ton of kid friendly breakfast items (out of cereal & pancakes) and seemed pretty understaffed. I also waited on an omelette for 45 minutes before I left.

I don’t like that the company charges $20 additional a night for parking that they don’t let you know about until you get there and some of the staff is not friendly the bathrooms are a bit outdated I feel that the welcoming could be better maybe some staff was having a bad day I don’t know
