The breakfast. Menu was very fresh. Parking was very easy. The problem was noise at night due to road construction. The backward operation of vehicles beep beep beeping woke me several times during the night i wore earplugs the second and third night and that mitigated the noise but found it very uncomfortable..

Nice overall except for a couple on things: 1) elevator broken so had to walk the stairs for the two day weekend, 2) room only had one set of towels (overheard others at breakfast who had same issue), 3) hotel was not very full but yet had loud neighbors placed next to our room - why?

Ratting out guests who make complaints.

Our toddler was acting up and we had several noise complaints called on our room. I get it and own that. What was infuriating was that the staff called and pointed out the rooms that had complained. In today’s age of retribution and retaliation, it was shocking that the hotel would point out who had called in and complained against other guests especially when expectations would be that this would be anonymous. If this is standard operating procedure for Holiday Inn Express to “out” people like this, I fear for the safety of future guests.
