Old old mattress. Not what most holiday inn express hotels are known for. We have stayed in many because they are supposed to have the same good mattresses and bedding. Not so at all with this hotel. Cheap bedding. But had actual king pillows on a king bed! Will never go back to this hotel. Carpet also very old. Friendly lady serving breakfast was the high point of the stay.

The staff were amazing! The breakfast food was good, with a nice variety. Friendly and helpful staff! A+++ the room was nice enough. If you are on the first floor, you can clearly hear the creaky floorboards with footsteps above you. I would stay here again.
