We were placed in room 1, in the basement. Multiple staff members stated we shouldn’t have been put there and were shocked to see us down there. What was a running joke turned into not funny quickly. The heater is broken and we had zero heat. It is very loud as it’s placed directly below the hotel bar. Also, our room was never serviced (2 day stay). Luckily the front desk attendant on Saturday night was SO kind and brought us towels and took our trash out. Big shout out to her because she was so nice. She was very apologetic about us being put down there. She couldn’t believe we were. She offered to move us but we didn’t think it was that big of a deal. That was until we realized on the second night our room had no working heat. Room was freezing. I didn’t want to bother her again and so we just sucked it up. We’ve stayed here before and usually love it. I tried talking to the next front desk attendant at check out and was given a robotic apology. There’s only 2 rooms in the basement and they shouldn’t be rented out.

The staff were amazing. The room had a dehumidifier in it and we had to change out the water(which was weird). Also, our mini fridge didn’t work. Breakfast cost so we didn’t eat unfortunately. I do wish they would feed hotel guests for free! Enjoyed our stay overall though!

The refreshing water in a couple of flavors and nice holiday decor in the lobby. The rooms were clean but thought the beds were hard and we needed the pull out bed and it only had a thin one inch mattress.
