Room cleaning was supposed to be every other day. I was there 3 days, and one day, they gave me extra towels, but they didn’t clean, take the trash, or make my bed. Property was a little dingy and poorly lit. Weird smell in the room. Breakfast wasn’t bad

Housekeeping, every other day only mounted to emptying the trash and replacing towels. My daughter’s room had a pullout couch, which was so dirty. They couldn’t use it. The noise at night from the traffic was extremely loud. Not sure the area is very safe. The hotel was adequate, but I thought overpriced.

We became Hilton Members after staying at this hotel. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Walkable distance to so many great restaurants and attractions like Science City. Staff were helpful and friendly and my kid loved their breakfast! And not so ridiculously priced!
