This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Home 2 Suites and loved both times. First time for my wife and she was estatic at the room and its decor. We will always look for this motel in our next travels and hope to find one when we travel.

The hotel manager was incredibly rude due to error made by the concierge when checking us in. Treated us like we were doing something wrong and when I pointed it out to him he was very dismissive. Then he checked us out prior to checking out ourselves. We weren’t even done packing up our belongings. We were treated like we committed a crime and we didn’t do anything wrong. Instead of apologizing to us for their error he told us to leave. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed for 4 nights. Upon entering the room it looked to be clean but on the morning after our first night i began to notice how dirty the room really was. I reported to the manager and the room was supposed to have been "turned over", meaning clean it to get it ready as if a new guest was checking in to the room. But all we got was clean towels. NOTHING was cleaned. I am attaching pictures. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Over the course of our 2 week vacation we stayed at this location 2 times for a total of 6 nights.
I showed these photos to management on 2 occasions. They were very nice people but not competent managers.
