This property is new and is always clean. Spacious rooms. Good service except our last stay the front desk girl had her BF hanging out. She was annoyed we came to check in. Wish there was a hot tub!

Property was in a good location. Parking was very easy and staff were great and attentive. There were a few things in our room that I feel could have been cleaned better. The couch was dirty. There was something sticky all over the bathroom door. There were ants in the shower.

Everything was perfect. We usually stay in more of a budget hotel. You may have changed our staying habits. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the canadian bacon at breakfast. It was so hard and dry I couldn't chew it.

This hotel is in an area that is convenient to get to a variety of shopping and dining options, and it is an easy 20 minutes into downtown Kansas City. The staff are friendly and helpful, all of the main areas clean, hot coffee or tea is available always and the breakfast is full of great options. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I was very happy with it.
