I have never had an issue with a LaQuinta. I’ve stayed in LaQuintas in numerous states and this was the worst example by far. First room, shower wouldn’t drain. They gave us a new room immediately which was great. Second room had a door that wasn’t aligned right in the frame, you could almost see in the hallway it was so bad. They repaired the ceiling and left the smoke alarm hanging by the wire and wrapped in plastic. I’d consider the beds on the very firm side so if that’s your preference you’ll like it. If not…. This is a location that has led a long life and likely rebranded several times. It’s very tired and if you can spend a little more, do it. I see high ratings for this location and I don’t believe them. They didn’t stay where I stayed and I had two rooms in one stay.

Our stay just ok. The staff didn’t go out of their way to help us or make us feel comfortable. The desk was unattended a lot and other Guest fall in the hallway and the person at the desk didn’t make a lot effort to make sure she was ok.
