This stay was a little different than other times. I went to check in around 2:30-2:45 and was told our room wasn’t done, which I get because check in isn’t till 4pm but as we sat there I realized those individuals were who had arrived after us were getting their rooms before us. So at about 3:45pm I went back up to see if the room was ready and I was told know. I did ask if it was going to be ready by 4pm the time of check in and was told they would try. I was asked when did I get here

Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located

Perfect hotel to stay at if you’re going to an event at the convention center, it’s connected so we could easily come and go. Parking was easy, the self-pay option was quick and ended up being cheaper than expected. The room was clean and had lots of places to charge things and a closet to hang clothes. The staff were really friendly and helpful also, I’d definitely recommend staying here! It was worth it to spend a little more for the convenience of the convention center and quality of the hotel.

This is the hotel to stay at in Kansas City. Everything else has a trying to be something it’s not or was cool anywhere from 15-30 years ago. This hotel has it all. Although the parking garage was full which you should be able to guarantee parking for a guest even if it’s at an extra cost. That being said, we parked literally right behind the hotel on the street overnight for free, so not a bad deal in reality.
