Staff was awesome! We arrived at 10am the day of check in. They had rooms already cleaned and let us check in early. We also lost a shoe off the balcony during our stay. It landed on top of the awning over the door on the main level. We let the maintenance director know and he had it down within 5 minutes. Swimming pools had tons of fresh towels. Rooms were clean. Great family spot!

Excellent Expedia rate. The staff members were amazing, especially the front desk folks and bartender. The pool was surprisingly warm and the pool side bar was perfect. We wished we could have stayed longer.
