Everything was wonderful, staff were very accommodating especially the valet and the hotel just makes you feel like you're on an island in Kansas. The little details such as the sink knobs being tails, the parrots on the bedding and all the soaps and wipes smell AMAZING! Compared to other resorts the food and drinks were not overly outrageous and having a little convenience store on site was great! Would definitely return again.

Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel is pretty new so we enjoyed that. The room doesn't feel like a hotel room but more like a costal room in a beach house. My only concern was during our stay after house keeping had cleaned our room while we were gone, we came back to our room during the day and someone tried coming in our room again. I had the door stopper out, so they weren't able to open the door. When I checked thru the peep hole it was a male that looked like he was housekeeping. No one knocked before coming in or said anything either when they realized the door couldn't open because someone was in the room. This was a bit concerning given the fact I didn't see why anyone would come back if our room was already cleaned. I mentioned this to the front desk after but didn't hear back regarding this.

This is a really great place to stay! Our room had a fun decor, and included a fridge. It was also very clean. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable! This hotel has great ammenities! A coffee shop, a giftshop, arcade, restaurant/bar, plus indoor and outdoor pools. Probably the best part of our stay was the staff. They went out their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated! The shining moment came from our shuttle driver that took us to and from the event at the racetrack. We had a bizarre situation happen to us, and he helped us get out of the issue and went out of his way to make sure we arrived back to the hotel safe and sound! We were grateful and impressed! Beautiful furnishings in this new hotel. My husband and I came for a quick getaway. The room felt like a beach resort. Got upgraded to a balcony room and loved looking out onto the pool. Was there on a rainy October weekend so did not swim outside and the indoor pool was full of kids. Wish there was a hot tub and/or sauna on property. Staff was amazing, restaurant was okay - nothing spectacular. The ambience, decor, and service makes this place great. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool area.
