Upon check-in desk clerk delayed speaking to me until she had finished a task that could have waited. She took forever to check me in. I think she must have been new and seemed like she hadn't mastered the routine yet. Upon entering my room I searced for an ice bucket and ice machine, and finding none I went back to the front desk and the same person told me there was no ice machine but said I could turn on the ice maker in the fridge freezer in my room. So, had to wait until the ice maker made ice. Why didn't she tell me that before I got to my room so it could be working before I got there. It turns out the hotel was full and they should have turned on all of the ice makers.

Reasonable price for a clean, comfortable room

Advertised as an economy extended stay property. Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, great price. Room has a full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner cooktop. Only thing missing is dishes, cutlery and cookware. Dishes are available for purchase, but at least a skillet and pot should be available. I’ve stayed at a couple of chains with similar setups and some do provide basic items to equip the kitchette…just wish that was the case here.

Check in was pretty easy, the clerk was a little rattled from a drunk person in front of me. Slight mess up but they quickly fixed it. Location is great, Culver's and Arby's right by. Stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, what more do you need? My travelmate said it was the most comfortable beds they've slept on while traveling. The only thing I didn't like was paying for breakfast with options that are frozen foods. Small parking lot.

It was hard to find parking alot of pickup trucks some with trailers taking up several spots because not properly aligned in each stall. I noticed at this location there is a empty field or property next to the hotel maybe lease or by that lot and designate that section for trucks& trailers over there opening up spots in front of the hotel .its a mess out there. I really like this hotel but now if parking is like this ill hsve to find a different hotel .

We took a small family vacation. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a hotel. Most hotels with cheaper prices can be kinda iffy or creepy. With this hotel though it was awesome! The staff were so sweet, the lobby and halls were clean. The rooms were very clean also. We did have issues with the bathroom door handle but no other complaints about the room. The location is great. If I had to be picky, I do wish they didn’t charge extra for breakfast. Other than that it was great.

Initially when we got to the room it was clean but upon needing to use the bathroom there was no toliet paper. We smelled marijuana everyday from other rooms coming through the vents in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and everything else was good.
