This facility was ok; but it felt very much like an economy hotel. The hot breakfast offerings weren’t that tasty. There wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. Not terrible and met our basic needs, but I have paid less for a room and received better service & accommodations.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I did like the fact that they accepted pets and that they had continental breakfast which my kids enjoyed, but that was about it. We got in very late. Upon checking in, I had reserved 2 rooms & a pet reservation. They only saw 1 room and no pet, so we had to fix the reservation at the desk. I was very tired. The parking lot gets very full at night, so we had to park pretty far away to get a spot. My husband has a knee scooter from an achilles injury, so I was bit concerned about the condition of the parking lot in that area. It’s extremely uneven and there are lots of rocks and gravel which is unsafe. I was out walking my dog and headed to my car to grab something and I ended up falling and skinning my knee really bad. Once I got back inside, I asked the front desk attendant for the manager and some first aid. He gave me a couple of bandages, but said the manager would be in the next day. I wanted to file an incident report. The next day comes and STILL no manager. Actually, the manager never showed up at all. My concerns fell on deaf ears, because the people running the place weren’t interested in helping my situation at all. They were very rude with my kids and actually kicked them out of their room, even though I requested a late check out. I believe their booking system is very archaic and in desperate need of an upgrade. 2 weeks later, my knee is still messed up. They did fix the bogus charges on my card. Won’t be back ever.

Room was very clean and check in was quick. Staff at front desk were friendly. Breakfast might have been good, but we arrived for breakfast a couple hours after it started and they were out of sausage gravy and did not appear that they wanted to refill it, so we had to dine out for breakfast. Also, their is adequate parking, but the parking lot is awful with indentations and broken asphalt. Definitely needs to be repaved.

When we walkws into the hallway there was a stromg odor. When we walked into the room the odor was also there. We went to the desk and received a new room, which was better. Overall the hotel needed updated 20 years ago and parking lot needs repaved badly. Overall the hotel needs lots of work.

Hot tub was greatly appreciated but your pool tiles I found a little slick as I do have difficulty walking. The size of the King room with fireplace was good. Bed mattress was just right for our needs but had standard pillows. Would of been better to have King pillows on the King bed. Breakfast was standard and the orange juice water mixture needed attention. Overall a good value for the price in a very lovely town.

The location has inattentive apparently criminal employees who don’t mind discussing personal business on the phone when they should be working. The overall scent of the location was a pot farm. DO NOT STAY HERE
