Absolutely no parties or smoking in the space. You are in the city with nearby homes everywhere. Neighbors are watching closely and we will immediately cancel any booking if a noise complaint takes place. It is crucial to be mindful of the surrounding neighbors. Please refrain from noise and park as many cars in the driveway as there is limited street parking. The driveway is located on the right facing the house, NOT the one on the left as that belongs to the grey duplex. Please do not block other vehicles or neighbor's drivways. Again, please be mindful of any noise. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING OR LARGE GATHERINGS!!!!!
