Pool and hot tub closed. The courtyard was all under construction. Monday morning i woke up at 8am to a lot of banging and scraping. I got up and looked outside. There was a man climbing up a ladder right iinfront of my balcony. They were having the roof redone. There is 3 floors and i was on the top floor. It was sooo loud. It could have had the common courtesy to tell people there was construction going on. I didn't get switched to a new room on the inside Courtyard. But you're not allowed to go on the balconies on the inside court because of construction also. My first room the sink was closed the remote did not work. My second room the sink was clogged again. I would not recommend this hotel at all

Pool, hot tub, and fitness center weren't open. Found a nicotine patch on the floor of our room under the curtain which makes i think they didn't vacuum well. It smelled like feet in our room. Up side is it was cheaper than the other options and close to our destination. It is what it is. Probably wont stay again, but I have seem worse.

Pool and hot tub closed permanently. Lots of the areas under construction, including our balcony- it was filled with ladders and scaffolding. The website offers a CONTINENTAL breakfast for a fee, which is very misleading, it’s actually breakfast in a box, which they were out of over have the items. I will say, the manager did allow us to cancel our second night. So we did appreciate that.

There was construction going on in our hallway. I had reserved a room with a King size bed and pull out couch. We received a king size bed and an uncomfortable chair, no couch. Room was clean and bathroom was good sized. We were close to restaurants and the interstate. Pool and Hot tub were permanently closed.

The amenities were sorely lacking. No fitness room, no pool, no hot tub, no complimentary breakfast (continental or otherwise). The only thing offered at this location was complimentary coffee which the pot was often empty. It he room itself was sparse. No tissues, no microwave until we requested it and only one small waste basket. However the worst thing was right after checking in and parking in a dark unlit parking lot and finding the side door not opening with the key card and having to walk around to the front doors in heavy rain. Then getting to the first floor elevator and finding a sizable amount of excrement in front of the elevator door. Terrible first impression! The best thing about this stay was the super helpful staff who said he was a driver but helped us get a microwave in our room and brought out a pot of coffee for us. I can’t remember his name but i think it began with the letter “C”.

Clean room, but it was going through renovation. I was hoping the pool will be open. Apparently pool side was for closure
