With 7 cozy beds, 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining for 8, there's room for everyone. Relax in the comfy living room and create lasting memories together. The 1st floor has the dining room, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and half bath.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath
Bedroom 1 - King. Bedroom 2 - Full. Bedroom 3 - 2 twins. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is split into 2 rooms but you must walk through one to get to the other. The first room has a queen and the second room has a king.

The third floor has one king bed, a full bath, and a hang-out area.

The backyard is private but not fully fenced in.

House is beautiful. Had to call electrical company upon arrival due to gas leak. Couldn’t immediately reach the owner. Hot water heater had a leak so had to continuously turn hot water off and on as it was needed. Encourage the owners to finish the backyard and provide seating.

Perfect bachelorette party house

The property was very clean. The design style was super cute and charming. Plenty of seating throughout the house. Great location- less than 10 min drive to the power and light district. The only thing that wasn’t great was we could not use the outdoor seating in the backyard as there were lots of oak mites present. Thankfully the front porch had plenty of chairs so we spent most of our time there. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this cute house in downtown KC.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The host was very responsive and helpful and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars and just a short Uber ride to the power and light district. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing gem in the heart of the city

Incredible house and location

For our annual girls’ trip we decided to attend a concert at Arrowhead Stadium. There were five adults staying in the house and it perfect for us! There were plenty of bedrooms, plenty of space to have great conversation and enjoy the house. The kitchen we well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of towels and shower supplies. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. This house is so close to everything! Arrowhead was 15 minutes away, the Plaza is 10 minutes away, TMobile center is only 15 min away. I would definitely rent this house again!!

A great stay for a group trip

Stayed here with my college best friends and our families, kids and dog included. We felt was had enough space and were very comfortable. Lance was super helpful and checked in via message from time-to-time. It is an older house so a little noisy but there are earplugs provided and we also noticed some rooms had a white noise machine. The upstairs level was perfect for the couple with the 2-year-old who needed naps away from the group. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacations

Very nice house we all loved it. Very spacious and I love that it had a security system. But we all kept finding bugs in our rooms; firebrats, lots of ants and we also found a couple cockroaches. The bed sheets had stains and didn't seem like they were washed. But other than that we enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our family. The owner was very nice and understanding when we told her our concerns about the bugs. She even got us a grill for we could grill with my family. We had a good communication.

Girls Weekend

The property is perfect for a fun KC Trip! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for this group! We enjoyed the front porch and private backyard as much as the first floor living area. Lance did a great job of communicating to us! It made for a 5 star weekend!
