Overall, we had a good stay - clean and spacious room, helpful staff, good amenities, etc. that said, there were some sticking points - the AC said it was controlled in the room, but kept coming on and blowing cold air all night even after we shut it off. The bathroom has a glass sliding door that lets out all the light when someone needs to go in the middle of the night, and there were no small “nightlight” options. We were on the second floor near the elevators and could hear the motors quite loudly every time someone used them. Finally, we were told breakfast started at 6, but it wasn’t actually setup until 7. All that said, we would stay again, we would just try to account for those things beforehand.

Planned a trip for our girls to KC as part of a Christmas present. I feel like the hotel should have let us know the pool was not operational. The kids were extremely disappointed and it was the main reason we booked that hotel. Also charging for parking should be illegal.

The couch in the room had a nice big stain on it..in the bathroom the wall had red stains on it next to the trash can.the pool got closed that day by the health dept.. The staff were nice and courteous..they tried to refund or move us to another hotel but couldn't becsuse i booked thru 3rd party. Breakfast was good.the lobby was clean. Secure underground parking on site.

Breakfast r OK. More varity would be nice. And hours for breakfast extented to10am weekdays and ekends. Rooms r mostly clean. This stay I jept findung little specks of black and brown in the bed. Makes a person wonder if the sheets were changed between visitors. I was charged for parking when I didnt use garage or parking area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to ask for sheets and pillows for the sofa bed and they brought them right away. The coffee maker was difficult to operate. The thermostat was difficult to regulate. There was very little space on the bathroom counter and the sink was tiny. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was difficult to enter and exit and the exit was onto a one-way street with a gate that closed right behind the vehicle, which made exiting the parking garage and turning onto the one-way street a challenge.

Positives: Very comfortable bed Breakfast staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful Overall a quiet stay Negatives: Room was not as clean as expected Front desk was difficult to reach; calls went unanswered or were disconnected, and I had to call from my cell to the main line just to get someone. Room clock was an hour off, and wake-up calls were also incorrect for my entire stay; despite notifying the front desk, it was never fixed over three nights. Parking is a major issue: spaces are extremely small (Mini-Cooper small), the steep exit ramp feels unsafe, especially in winter, and it costs $18 per night, which is absolutely not worth it.
