In this secret hideaway, you will be walking distance from the Westport restaurants, a 24-hour grocery store, the hardware store, a natural foods grocery store, shopping like Cost Plus World Market, record stores, book stores, live music, the comedy club, Gold's Gym, and more.

The guest house is a stand-alone building. The garage for your car is on the first level, and the studio apartment is on the second level. It's a real luxury to have secure garage parking. However, with so many things accessible by walking, you may end up parking your car and forgetting about it! The tiny house is centrally located, which makes it easy to drive to all parts of KC metro (only 25 minutes to the airport).

The kitchenette features:

* counter-height dining table for dining and food prep; accommodates 2-4 people
* nice sized fridge and freezer with ice trays

You arrive at your front porch via the flagstone pathway from your private garage, or from the backyard. Unfortunately, the tiny house is not wheelchair accessible, as there are steps to get from the garage to the inside. The backyard is fully fenced and includes professional landscaping, patios, a hammock swing, a fire pit, and a grill. (The backyard is shared with the VRBO guests in the main house.)

This is a definitely a "tiny house" ... only 250 square feet of living space ... but with the private garage and outdoor spaces included, it might be "just right" for you.

Remember: although the bed can sleep 2 people, the size of the space is best for only one person living long-term. Also note that the garage can accommodate a typical-size SUV or minivan. If your vehicle too tall to fit in the garage, it may still fit in the one-car driveway.
