The hoteal staff were attentive and carong from beginning to end. Very accommodating! The app for reservations is a bit misleading but the concierge at each lobby are very helpful. The servers at the restaurants provided beyond great customer service. We were surprised everyday with a treat from the person that takes care of the rooms. Sad to leave, but will be back.the food is fenomenal at the resyaurants and at the buffets! Entertainment needs a bit of work, But the beach parties are great...

Staff was very friendly! Our only complaint about our stay was the air conditioning system. Ours did not work in our room and we even had an upgraded room and it was mid July so extremely hot in Mexico. We would complain to our butler several times but they didn’t jump to the needs of the air conditioner.

Just got back from my trip there, was there for 7 days I had a great time, for someone who travels a lot and had many experiences..this resort was top notch and specifically David the concierge from Building 59 he’s the best!! Did not have to go to reception for anything..
