The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kaohsiung Station, and the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant. When I arrived, the self-check-in machine wasn’t working properly, but a staff member quickly assisted me with the process, so it wasn’t an issue. The only downside was that there was a faint sewage smell lingering not just in the room but throughout the entire floor, which was quite unpleasant.
The furnishings were adorable.

Basically there is no customer service and we can get any power adaptor hence can't charge our mobile phone and laptop. The ceiling of the shower is too low so much so that can't stand for shower. There is practically no drinking water provided in the room, you have to buy it. The bathroom and toilet is a bit small. Not suitable for business trip because no breakfast place in the hotel and practically can't get any good breakfast place or dinner place within walking distance for breakfast.

Great location

Reasonably priced and clean boutique hotel located opposite Kaohsiung Station, so easy access to airport and attractions in Kaohsiung. Looks like they are environmentally conscious.

Super close to the train station and UBike parking. Room was spacious and very comfortable. I loved how it was a contactless checkin process but there were staff on hand at the back ready to answer questions or provide services when needed. The best of both worlds!

Room wasn't ready at check in but staff provided place to store luggage in a locked room. Hotel is located next to Kaoshiung Main Station with access to MRT, TRA and buses, extremely convenient. Highly recommend to stay here!

1. Location Hotel is visible across the street as you exit Kaohsiung Station towards Zhanxi Road. Houyi Shopping District is right beside hotel so you can enjoy retail therapy easily. Really convenient location! 2. Facilities & amenities It is an intelligent hotel with self check-in & check-out kiosks (but you can call for assistance if required). Lockers are provided for baggage storage on level 1 & there are traditional sweets to welcome you at the lift lobby too. On level 7, there's the washing machine & dryer for guest use (TWD30 each) & a small lounge where you can purchase snacks with books & magazines for your reading pleasure. Inside the room, there is also the AI voice assistant Xiao Meixi who can help to answer your queries. I had some fun getting Xiao Meixi to turn on music, TV & recommend me places to eat nearby. 3. Room Large & comfortable! Plenty of space to.move around & put your stuff. Working table below TV is long. Convenient powerpoints & available on both sides of the bed too. Contemporary design. There's even a small bathtub in the bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay here, & it was the best hotel I've stayed for this long holiday in Taiwan! High CP value!

The location is great very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The only thing to improve is the design of the bathtub, the water will over flow very easily regardless how careful you are. Overall is good.

位置方便，就在高雄車站隔一條馬路，在後驛商圈旁。 附近走幾分鐘就有快餐店，便利店。職員有禮。 美中不足的是隔音不好，聽到門外旅客的聲音。有浴缸後棒，可是排水不好，水會沿牆邊流，弄得到處都是。因為樓底不高，也不好站著洗，有點麻煩。房間的地燈旁也有塵。 不過，整體而言，性價比高。
洗衣房，挺方便。不過只有一台。
